Up from Windows 10 2004 this should deactivate the websearch if the useless Windows Search can’t find your files.
- Regedit
- Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\Explorer
- DWORD (32bit) DISABLESEARCHBOXSUGGESTIONS = 1
- Restart Explorer or reboot
